🚚 1. Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to most cities, towns, and pin codes across India via our trusted courier partners.


⏱️ 2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
    We’ll keep you updated via SMS/email.


📍 3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number on your registered email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or from your order status page.


💰 4. What are the shipping charges?

  • Free Shipping: On all Prepaid Orders.
    Final shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.


📦 5. Who are your delivery partners?

We ship via reliable courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, DTDC,  and others based on your delivery pin code.


📬 6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on most orders. COD eligibility will be shown at checkout. A small COD fee may apply in some cases.
Final shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.


🚫 7. Can I cancel or change my address after the order is placed?

You can request a cancellation or change of address within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@meandbed.com. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.


🌧️ 8. What if my order is delayed?

Delays can happen due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier backlogs. If your order is delayed beyond 7 days, please contact us for support.


📦 9. What should I do if my package is damaged or tampered with?

Please do not accept a tampered or damaged package. Take a photo and contact us immediately at support@meandbed.com or WhatsApp +91-7021517096.


📮 10. What if my order shows delivered but I haven't received it?

Please contact us immediately. We will raise a complaint with the courier company and assist you in getting a resolution or replacement.
