✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact


❌ Ineligible Returns

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • The product was purchased during a clearance sale or with a promo code

  • “Change of mind” or size-related returns (unless stated on the product page)


🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at support@meandbed.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7021517096 with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 business hours.


📦 Return Pickup

  • If your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged at your address (if available).

  • In some cases, you may be asked to ship the product back to us manually.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, etc.)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer


📌 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product fails quality inspection.

  • In case of prepaid orders, if the package is returned to us due to failed delivery, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
