✅ Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your product if:

The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

The wrong item was delivered

The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact
❌ Ineligible Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

The product was purchased during a clearance sale or with a promo code

“Change of mind” or size-related returns (unless stated on the product page)
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at support@meandbed.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7021517096 with the following details:

Reason for return

Clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 business hours.
📦 Return Pickup

If your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged at your address (if available).

In some cases, you may be asked to ship the product back to us manually.

💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, etc.)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer
📌 Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product fails quality inspection.

In case of prepaid orders, if the package is returned to us due to failed delivery, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
