1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, click on your desired product, choose the variant (if any), and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@meandbed.com. Once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible.

3. Can I place an order via phone or WhatsApp?

Yes! You can message us your order details on WhatsApp at +91-7021517096, and weโ€™ll help you place your order manually.

4. What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping For all prepaid orders. For COD ( Cash on delivery) orders , standard shipping charges between โ‚น49 to โ‚น99 may apply depending on your location.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 working days and delivered within 3โ€“7 business days, depending on your location.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track from your order status page on our website.

Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 working days once the returned product is received and inspected.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.ย
