✅ General Warranty Coverage

We offer warranty only on select products, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If a product does not mention a warranty, it is considered to be sold without warranty.

Where applicable, warranty typically covers:

This warranty does not cover:

📅 Warranty Period

  • 7 days replacement warranty

  • 30 days manufacturer warranty

  • 6-month brand warranty, etc.

If no such mention is made, the product is not covered under any warranty.

🔄 Claiming a Warranty

  • Order ID

  • Product name and description

  • Date of purchase

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

We will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps (replacement, repair, or rejection based on the condition).

🔧 Repair or Replacement

  • Depending on the issue, the product may be repaired or replaced as per our discretion or as mandated by the brand/manufacturer.

  • If a replacement is not available, we may issue a store credit or refund.

📦 Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If return shipping is required, we will coordinate a reverse pickup or guide you to send the item to our warehouse.

  • In some cases, buyers may be required to bear return shipping costs (this will be communicated upfront).

⚖️ Legal & Jurisdiction

All warranty terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra.
