🕒 When Can You Cancel?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at support@meandbed.com

  • WhatsApp us at +91-7021517096

  • Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation

We recommend contacting us within 6 hours of placing your order for the fastest response.

📦 Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you are eligible for a return after delivery.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your prepaid order is canceled before shipping, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

COD orders do not require a refund but will simply be marked as canceled.

🛑 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order in rare cases such as:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Payment not received or failed

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Unusual order volume that seems fraudulent

In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.
